Mount Pearl Citizens’ Crime Prevention Committee Chair Rosalind Pratt presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the retiring principal of Mary Queen of the World Elementary School, one of four schools whose students have completed cards for the last several years to thank police officers for their service.
